Our business is process led and we employ a number of experienced chartered chemical engineers to ensure that we are able to manage and control the complexities and hazards associated with the most complex process engineering challenges.
The key attributes of the Process Engineer are exceptional problem solving abilities and the capacity to shift quickly from overall project delivery into minute technical detail required to ensure success of the entire manufacturing process.
Chemical project design and management
Chemical Engineers typically manage, design and lead the engineering aspects on our process projects. They will be intimately involved with Basis of Design (BoD), process and equipment selection, Process Flow Drawings (PFD’s), Pipework and Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID’s), equipment lists, Functional Design Specification (FDS), operational sequencing, controls and automation, Fault Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP’s). They will keep a watching brief on construction before getting involved again with process commissioning and verification.
