Once the scope and costs are agreed (from a Feasibility Study) the next stage is a Front End Study (FES).

FES develops the design to a level whereby the project scope is sufficiently developed to provide reasonably accurate budget costings.

Our involvement typically starts at Feasibility or Front End stage.
